The project is an urban complex including office, life, leisure, entertainment, culture and other functions. It is located in the central area of Yancheng, close to Yanwu Square and Julong Lake Park, so as to jointly create the core area of the new district.

We take the auspicious and graceful meaning—"Swallow Dance and Dragon Rise" as the design concept, continue the soft form of Yanwu Square and Julong Lake Park, strengthen the connection with them to form a clustering effect. Also we inject vigor and agility into the architecture to highlights the urban spirit of Yancheng and bring it continuous vitality.
